Most tickets for the Urban Tree Festival are free, but we ask attendees to please donate if they can.
We suggest a donation of £5 per event and you can easily donate when booking your ticket. Larger donations are always welcomed.

Each Slow Morning starts with 10 minutes of meditation. Book once for every morning.
09:00 Daily Festival Meditation with Trees with Mel Sutton. Join us for 9 days and establish a daily meditation practice. The start of the day is a great time for contemplation and self enquiry.

Connecting people with trees and growing trees from seed
15:00 What we do is not just about the trees! Roger Parkinson BEM, Chairman Tree Wardens Voluntary Group, Wakefiel. Roger will detail the different projects he and his team have worked on over the years, including growing trees from seed in recycled containers.

17:00 Tree planting project using the Miaywaki planting technique presented by Douglas Palarm and Peter Hutchinson, from The Conservation Volunteers. How can we fit more trees into an urban landscape? The Miyawaki Method is one of the most effective tree planting methods for creating dense, native forests quickly.
From Grey to Green: repurposing our streets
18:00 CPRE London - the Countryside charity’s 2021 AGM and panel discussion exploring how we can make better use of space previously used for roads and parking. Hosted by Neil Sinden, Festival co-producer and Director of CPRE London, with presentations by Stephen Edwards from Living Streets, Alice Roberts from CPRE London, Ben Connor from the GLA, Landscape Architect Will Sandy and campaigner Sarah Berry.
