Hear the acapella ‘Tree Songs’ by musician Phoebe Coco under the branches of Islington trees both live and in a Tree Trail.

Hear the songs of the trees in acapella ‘Tree Songs’ by musician Phoebe Coco with Tree Voices under the branches of Islington trees.
A live vocal performance of a collection of Phoebe Coco’s ‘Tree Songs’ , including Robert Macfarlanes ‘Heartwood’ and original songs ‘Tree Song’ and ‘Sycamore Trees’. The performers will be an all female family voice group Tree Voices with members Sophie Wright and Grace Wright-Spinks.
This performance will be at 2pm and last for approx 15 minutes.
This will take place in Islington's largest nature reserve- Gillespie Park and Ecology Centre. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the event begins and look out for our event steward in a high vis jacket.
After the performance you also invited to walk the 'Tree Song Tree Trail' which starts in Gillespie by using free Tree Trail app TiCL. You will recieve details of this in your email before the event.

Tree loving music artist Phoebe Coco lives in Islington, London, her debut album 'My White Horse & I' features the single 'Sycamore Trees" and the album has received airplay and acclaim both locally and internationally. Her recent performance with trees has been aired by Robert Macfarlane on BBC 4 Front Row where she sung her vocal arrangement of his ‘Charm-against-Harm’ ‘Heartwood’.

We suggest a donation of £5 per event and you can easily donate when booking your ticket. Larger donations are always welcomed.
