A free podcast streaming of the stage play, 'The Tree Charter Tapestry', by Caroline Summerfield
This is produced by the Natura Contemporary Theatre Company and recorded live at the Everyman Theatre Cheltenham. This is the story of how an ancient woodland was saved from destruction.
'The Tree Charter Tapestry' was written in response to the launch of the campaign for a new Forest Charter to protect our ancient woodlands and forests from destruction, the original Forest Charter having been granted in 1217. The play is streaming now and will continue to be available free during COVID lockdown; here is the link for you to listen to and enjoy…
