An exploration of trees and nature as meditation. Join Laura Babb for this interactive zoom workshop, where you'll practise various mindfulness techniques that you can take with you next time you walk among trees. Learn to approach trees with a beginner's mind, and to attune to the world around you. 

This practical zoom workshop will explore tools that you can use to mindfully explore trees and the natural world. We'll practice some mindfulness exercises and tools that you can try on a self-guided mindfulness tree walk in your area. 

Contributors

Laura Babb is a Birmingham-based mindfulness teacher and photographer. As well as teaching mindfulness in a formal setting, Laura is passionate about mindful embodiment in nature and mindful walking.
